My Story: Leading From the Inside Out
As a first-generation immigrant and a single mother at 18, I learned early what it means to lead under pressure, with grace, grit, and vision. I built two nationally recognized businesses from scratch, climbed the corporate ladder leading teams of 600+ people for brands like Victoria’s Secret and GUESS, and eventually became the coach and advisor I wish I had back then.
Then came a new chapter: breast cancer.
That diagnosis shook me, but it didn’t break me. It deepened me. It reminded me that leadership isn’t just about performance. It’s about presence. It’s about energy. It’s about listening to your intuition and staying grounded in your beliefs, even when the future is uncertain.
That season refined me—and revealed the five superpowers I now bring into every room:

Purpose Beyond the Business
Quietly and powerfully, I’m also the founder of a nonprofit organization (currently in stealth mode) that supports breast cancer survivors as they reenter life and career.
Through executive coaching, group programs, and a nurturing community of like-minded “thrivers,” we help women rise into a new chapter—with strength, confidence, and support.
This work is deeply personal. It’s built on love. And it’s one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever created.
